("In-Touch" TSXV - INX) has signed a three year contract with Canada Post Corporation ("Canada Post") to deliver a wide range of research-based services to assist them with their stated goal to continuously improve customer service and selling skills at their over 6800 post office locations across Canada. In-Touch will provide Canada Post with products and services to review, analyze, and provide ongoing recommendations and implementation plans for continuous improvement on the customer experience and selling skills performance at corporate and Authorized Dealer post offices. Sales process consulting services will be coupled with specialized in-field data collection systems, reporting software and statistical analysis to provide CPC with a reliable measurable system to implement and quantify the success of new programs.
