In terms of item 14 - Appendix 8A of Section 08 – Corporate Disclosure of the Colombo Stock Exchange Rules and based on the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March 2020, we write to advice that the Company has issued a Corporate Guarantee on 07th June 2021 for Rs. 1,000,000,000/- on behalf of its Sub-Subsidiary Company, Galle Face Properties Limited as a security for banking facilities obtained by the said Galle Face Properties Limited.
