On the date of publication of the Convening Notice for the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of IMPRESA - Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A (the "Company") to be held at 10 a.m. on 10 March 2026, the Company's share capital, fully subscribed and paid up, amounts to €84,000,000 (eighty-four million euros) and is represented by 168,000,000 (one hundred and sixty-eight million) book-entry shares with no par value.
Pursuant to number 1 of article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association, which establishes that each share corresponds to one vote, the total number of voting rights is 168,000,000 (one hundred and sixty-eight million).
