Please be advised that the Shareholders Annual General Meeting of IGD SIIQ S.p.A. on 16^th April 2025 approved the payment of a dividend for FY 2024 equal to €0.10, per ordinary share. The dividend will be payable as of 14^th May 2025 (with record date 13^th May 2025) - with stocks going ex-dividend n. 7 on 12^th May 2025 - by the authorized intermediaries participating in the centralized management system of Monte Titoli S.p.A..
