Services Receives LoI for Rs. 105 Crores Buildings Work in Mumbai

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited (IL&FS Engineering Services) has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Lodha Group for civil construction works of the 18 proposed G+15 residential buildings Phase II of Palava in Mumbai. The total value of the contract is Rs. 105 Crores, and the completion period for the entire works is 332 days.

IL&FS Engineering Services is currently executing 'Orchid Heights', a high-rise residential buildings project at Byculla in Mumbai that involves construction of two high rise towers - Tower A and Tower B.
