This Corrigendum is in relation to the Notice of the 01st Extra Ordinary General Meeting ('EGM' / 'the Notice') of FY 2025-2026 dated 05th July, 2025 which was circulated on 13th June, 2025 to the Shareholders of the Company along with the Explanatory Statement in due compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules thereunder.
