This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board ot Directors ot the Company will be held on Monday,October 27, 2025 at12:00 n.m.via video-link at our Lahore Ofllce to consider and approve unaudited condensed interim financial statements of the Company for the quainter and nine months period ended September' 30, 2025, for declaration of any entitlement.
Accordingly, the Company has declared the "Closed Period" from October 20, 2025 to October 27, 2025 (both days inclusive), as i equii-ed under Clause 5.6.4 ofPSX Regulations. Please note that as mandated, no Director, CEO or Executives shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company, in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
