This is to infiorm you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. via video-link and at our Lahore office to consider and approve the Quarterly Accounts tor the period ended March 31, 2026, for declaration of any entitlement.

Accordingly, the Company has declared the "Closed Period" from April 20, 2026 to April 27, 2026 (both days inclusive), as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Please note that as mandated, no Director, CEO or Executives shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company, in any manner whatsoever during the Closed Period.
