We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of IFL Enterprises Limited, at its meeting held today, i.e., Monday, 16th June, 2025, at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Office No. 412, 4th Floor, Shilp Zaveri, Samruddhi Society, Near Shyamal Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad - 380015, has approved certain modifications to the terms of the Rights Issue, which were previously disclosed in the outcome dated Monday, 09th June, 2025.
