We pleased to inform that the Board has approved the acquisition of additional 20.04% equity stake in its Subsidiary - Munim ERP Private Limited by way of acquisition of 6693 equity shares at total consideration of Rupees 1223.48 Lakh. Consequent to said acquisition, the Company will hold 70.05% of shareholding of Munim ERP Private Limited
