CALGARY, Feb. 12 /CNW/ - IDC (Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd.) (TSX: IDL), the global leader in digital radiography for image quality and value, today announced the resignation of Darryl Stein from the Board of Directors. Mr. Stein stepped down as CEO in December 2007.
