Iberpapel remunerates its shareholders with €1 per share in 2024

At the Annual General Meeting held on 24 April 2025, the shareholders of Iberpapel Gestión, S.A. ratified the motion for the partial reimbursement of the share premium account, in an amount of €0.50 per share.
This distribution will be paid out on 12 May 2025. The company already paid out an interim dividend of €0.50 per share on 13 December 2024.
In total, Iberpapel's shareholders will receive remuneration of €1 per share, which implies a dividend yield of 5.62%, calculated using the year-end closing share price.
