i-Tail's 2H earnings are expected to strengthen, thanks to seasonal demand, higher average selling prices and new product launches, Maybank Securities (Thailand)'s Tanida Jirapornkasemsuk says in a note. The weaker baht should be a margin tailwind for the Thai pet food manufacturer from 3Q, as 99% of its revenue is dollar-denominated. Maybank expects i-Tail to deliver 2026 earnings per share growth of 8%, which is above the sector average. It also maintains a buy rating on i-Tail's stock and target price of 18.60 baht. Shares are 0.6% higher at 16.70 baht. (amanda.lee@wsj.com)
