HYBE's current stock valuation appears attractive to Nomura analysts, who see it as an opportunity to accumulate ahead. The South Korean entertainment company's shares have underperformed the benchmark Kospi year to date due to factors including renewed governance concerns linked to an arrest warrant request for its founder, the analysts say in a note. However, these are largely technical factors and don't indicate any deterioration in the fundamentals of HYBE's artists such as BTS, TXT and KATSEYE, they say. Nomura expects earnings from high-margin concerts and album releases to be reflected from 2Q onwards. Nomura cuts its target price to 400,000 won from 460,000 won but maintains a buy rating.
