(the "Company") since 2019, notified the Company of her decision to step down from the Board of Directors (“Board”) following the completion of her current term. Consequently, Ms. Singh-Bushell will not stand for re-election to the Board at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which the Company anticipates holding on May 8, 2026 .
