EDMONTON, Dec. 31 /CNW/ - Humber Capital Corporation (TSXV:RUM) ("Humber") announces the appointment of Meyers Norris Penny LLP ("MNP"), of Edmonton, as its auditor, replacing the firm MSCM LLP ("MSCM").
The decision to change auditors was the result of the qualifying transaction with Andersons Liquor Inc. on December 1, 2008 and was not the result of any disagreement between Humber and MSCM on any matter of accounting principals or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
