The Board of Directors of Humana AB has decided to withdraw the notice of the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026 . The Board of Directors has decided that the Annual General Meeting 2026 will be held on June 1 . The notice will be issued through a separate press release. The reason for the above decisions is that a technical error has arisen in the making of the notice available, which has led to shareholders not having the access to the notice that Chapter 7. 56 a § of the Swedish Companies Act (2005:551) requires.
