Acceler8 Ventures Plc (LSE: AC8, "AC8" or the "Company") announces that Beijing Huishi Chunyuan Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("Lucky World"), an operating subsidiary of Hui10 Inc. ("Hui10"), has entered into a commercial cooperation agreement with China Culture & Tourism (Beijing) Cultural Development Co., Ltd. ("China Culture & Tourism") for the Qianlong Garden immersive digital exhibition project.

Under the agreement, Hui10 will utilise its TEAM CHINA merchandise design team, working with China Culture & Tourism, and Lucky World's established Weimeng mini-programme e-commerce infrastructure to generate exhibition-related income and merchandise sales while helping bring Chinese cultural heritage to wider audiences. Hui10's scratch-card design team is also developing Qianlong Garden holographic paper scratch cards linked to collectible digital artefacts.
