As Li Yihan, Li Guangping and Wang Chunxiao, the controlling shareholders and actual controllers of the Company, are planning a material matter that may result in a change of control of the Company, and given that such matter is subject to significant uncertainties, in accordance with the relevant provisions, upon the Company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, trading in the Company's shares will be suspended from the opening of trading on July 16, 2026. The suspension is expected to last no more than two trading days.
