Announcement of HNFHC and major subsidiaries' unaudited consolidated income in March 2026

HNFHC posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$3,155mn, after tax of
NT$2,558mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$9,325mn, and after tax was NT$7,660mn for the month ended March 2026.

Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$0.55, book value per share was NT$17.50.

Earnings breakdown by major subsidiaries：
HNCB posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$2,531mn, after tax of 
NT$2,057mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$7,490mn and after tax was NT$6,141mn for the month ended March 2026.

Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$0.58, book value per share was NT$24.43.
