Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, M/s R.M. Hariyani & Co., Chartered Accountants appointed as Statutory Auditor of the Company in place of M/s k. K. Haryari & Co. , Chartered Accountants, the retiring Auditors, to hold office for the term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 37th AGM till 42nd AGM, subject to the approval of members in ensuing 37th AGM.
