Notes to the Financial Statement
The Statement of Financial Position as at 31.03.2025, Income Statement, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Cash Flow and Statement of Changes in equity for the quarter ended , are drawn up from the unaudited accounts of the bank and provides the financial and other reporting information required by the CSE and the CBSL. If required, the Bank provides additional disclosures to comply with LKAS 34, on Interim Financial Reporting.
These Financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Sri Lanka Accounting Standard No 34, 'Interim Financial Reporting' and other applicable Sri Lanka Accounting Standards.
No circumstances have arisen since the Statement of Financial Position date that would require adjustment to or disclosure in the interim financial statements for the quarter ended 31st March 2025
The Financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in the Annual Reports for the year ended 31st Dec 2024.
The contingent liabilities consists of undisbursed loans and guarantees issued to customers.
