CALGARY, Aug. 3, 2011 /CNW/ - Horizon North Logistic Inc. ("Horizon" or the "Corporation") announced today that it has declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2011 at $0.04 per share, payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2011. The dividend will be paid on October 14, 2011. The ex-dividend date is September 28, 2011. The dividends are eligible dividends for Canadian income tax purposes.
