The total value of the signed five-year contract is around 15 million euros. The expansion represents the next phase in a successful partnership focused on high-quality, sustainable resort development in Central Asia. Over the next five years, the two companies will collaborate on the design, manufacturing, delivery, and construction of new climate-conscious wooden facilities at various resorts. The President and CEO of Honkarakenne, Mr. Marko Saarelainen, comments the contract as follows: "This agreement reflects our commitment to bring Finnish wooden construction excellence to Uzbekistan as well as to new markets in Central Asia and to support sustainable tourism and premium living concepts in the area." Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SAIPRO GROUP LLC, Mr. Ravshankhon Djuraev, comments the contract as follows: "Together with our Finnish partner, we are shaping a modern and environmentally responsible resort destination in Uzbekistan - combining natural comfort, innovation, and quality." The agreement was signed in Tashkent on October 31 during the official visit of President of Finland Alexander Stubb to Uzbekistan. The signing ceremony was organized in conjunction with the Business Forum that was part of the official visit. The Green Hills Premium Resort project represents a new stage in Finnish-Uzbek cooperation, where advanced wood construction technologies meet the growing demand for sustainable development in the region.
