BAE Systems plc Holding(s) in Company (Correction) On 21 October 2024, it was announced that FMR LLC had notified BAE Systems plc (the "Company") that its holding in the Company had decreased from 5.01% to 4.96%. FMR LLC has notified the Company that due to a processing error, the notification it provided to the Company was incorrect and that FMR LLC's holding did not fall below the 5% threshold. Accordingly the TR1 notification published on 21 October 2024 should be disregarded and shareholders should instead refer to the TR1 notification published on 29 July 2024 under RNS No. 2424Y. - ENDS -
