on 1 March 2001 from Friends Ivory & Sime plc that a client of Friends Ivory &
Sime plc, I&S UK Smaller Companies, has a revised notifiable interest in 650,000
Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 4.54% of
the issued share capital. The shares are registered in the name of Chase
Nominees Ltd.
