Guaranteed Note due 2026 (ISIN: XS2463497201) (the " EUR Notes "); Holcim Helvetia Finance Ltd. - CHF 375,000,000 0.375 per cent. Guaranteed Note due 2026 (ISIN: CH1154887132) (the " CHF Notes " and, together with the EUR Notes, the " Notes "); the " Terms and Conditions of the Notes " as per the base prospectus dated 4 August 2021 as amended by the Supplement no. 3 dated 7 January 2022. Terms defined in the Terms and Conditions of the Notes have the same meaning in this confirmation unless given a different meaning in this confirmation. We confirm that the Group has achieved the relevant Sustainability Performance Targets on the Target Observation Date (i.e. 31 December 2025). Details about the Sustainability Performance Targets "Carbon Intensity" and "Specific Freshwater Withdrawal", and, inter alia, the achievement of these Sustainability Performance Targets, have been published on 27 February 2026 in the 2025 Sustainability Performance Report.
