5 December 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcementpublishedby Höegh Autoliners ASA (the "Company") on 21 September 2022, regarding thepledge of shares held by Leif Höegh & Co Holdings AS, a close associate ofcertain primary insiders of the Company, in relation to entering into afinancing facility (the "Original Pledge"). Leif Höegh & Co Holdings AS wassubsequently merged with Leif Höegh & Co AS, with the latter being thesurvivingentity ("LHC").
