Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) issued a communication to the stock exchanges today informing that a meeting of Board of Directors will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018, at Mumbai, inter alia, to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018, along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period. The Board will also consider the proposal for payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2019.
The Company shall intimate the stock exchanges the unaudited financial results upon the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
