The Board of directors at the meeting held today at 04.12 p.m (start time) and concluded at 04.37 p.m (conclusion time), approved the following: 1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.20252. Appointment of Parikh & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for Audit period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30 subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Disclosure required under SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024 ("SEBI Circular") is enclosed as Annexure II.Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclosed please find Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2025 duly approved by the Board of Directors for your records along with the Limited Review report of the Auditors for your records.
