The shares in Himalaya Shipping Ltd. will be traded on Euronext Oslo Børs ex cash distribution US$0.22 as from today, August 20, 2026.
Due to the shortening of the Settlement Cycle in the US markets, ex cash distribution date for shares traded on the New York Stock Exchange will be on August 21, 2026.
