Hilltop Holdings Inc. Appoints Dana Bober and Stephen Haworth to Board of Directors
DALLAS, May 06, 2026--Dallas-based Hilltop Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HTH) ("Hilltop") today announced that Dana Bober and Stephen Haworth have been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective April 23, 2026. Bober is an independent director and will serve as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee. Haworth also is an independent director and will serve as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
