Hexatronic completes acquisition of JOWO Systemtechnik AG

Hexatronic Group AB (publ.) has completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of JOWO Systemtechnik AG , a German manufacturer and distributor of connectors and related products serving customers primarily within the defense sector as well as in the energy and broader industrial sectors. The acquisition, originally announced on March 2, 2026 , was completed following approval from the German authorities pursuant to the German Foreign Trade and Payments Act. With the completion of the transaction, Hexatronic strengthens its connectivity offering within the Harsh Environment business area. JOWO adds complementary technology and expanded access to key customer segments, particularly within the European defense market, supporting Hexatronic’s strategy to grow Harsh Environment and further diversify the Group’s end market exposure. JOWO will be consolidated into Hexatronic’s Harsh Environment business area as of April 1, 2026 . The acquisition has been financed through available cash and existing credit facilities.
