Mogi das Cruzes, March 26, 2015 - Helbor Empreendimentos S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: HBOR3), a residential and commercial real estate developer covering 27 cities in 10 states, in addition to the Federal District, Brasília, according to the CVM regulation, informs to its shareholders and to the market that, it has resubmitted its Annual Corporate Events Calendar for 2015 to the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") and the BM&FBOVESPA in the light of the change in date of the Company's Annual General Meeting from April 30, 2015 to April 29,

2015, as well as the change in the date of the submission of the Management's Proposal and
Convening Notice for the aforementioned meeting from March 31, 2015 to March 27, 2015.
The updated Annual Corporate Events Calendar for 2015 is available for consultation in the websites of the CVM (www.cvm.gov.br)the BM&FBOVESPA (www.bmfbovespa.com.br) and
the IR Company's website itself (http://ri.helbor.com.br/).
