Cannabis Industry Success Boosted with New Social Equity Initiative

Health Advance, Inc. (OTC PINK:HADV) HealthAdvanceGroup.com is entering into a strategic
partnership with California based cannabis entrepreneur and visionary Calvin Frye,
***.RealCalvinFrye.com, effective immediately.
The alliance is for the purpose of furthering Frye’s bold plan to boost the profits of social equity
cannabis license holders through a unique mentoring and financing program developed by Frye
and his team. The project is named SoEquity. A new entity will be incorporated to qualify under
Tier 2 Regulation A+ for $75 Million for this program specifically. The entity will be controlled by
Frye’s group, but will convey benefits to Health Advance for professional collaboration. Health
Advance will be integral to the plan, with details to be set forth in the SEC’s Form 1/A
documentation. The Tier 2 Regulation A+ capital raise will not require dilution of Health Advance
Inc common shares, and will deliver a net financial benefit to Health Advance.
The mutual support envisioned between Frye’s organization and Health Advance will include,
amongst other things, revisiting the earlier initiative taken by Health Advance toward CBD infused
beverages and other health oriented projects, as well as cannabis, falling within the scope of the
SoEquity mandate.
This cooperation does not replace any joint venture explorations previously announced by
Health Advance. Instead, collaboration with Mr. Frye’s SoEquity team increases the expertise
available to Health Advance Inc to be an effective partner in the cannabis sector and/or adjacent
fields.
