Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of HB Leasing and Finance Company Limited shall remain closed for Designated Persons and/or their immediate relatives w.e.f. 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026.
