As per the Company''s ''Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in the Shares of the Company by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives'' framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will be closed from October 1, 2025, to November 6, 2025, both days inclusive. The same has been informed to all the Designated Persons of the Company.
