Based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors, the Members at the 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 29, 2026, had duly approved the following: 1. Re-appointment of Mr. Murli Aildas Teckchandani (DIN:00049563) as an Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a second term of five consecutive years, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031; 2. Appointment of Ms. Vini Mahajan (DIN:06943948) as an Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a first term of five consecutive years, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031.
