Havilah Resources Limited (Havilah or the Company) (ASX: HAV) refers to the announcement of 19 August 2024 entitled ' Mutooroo Agreement with JX Advanced Metals' (the Announcement).
Following discussion with ASX Havilah retracts the photograph of Mutooroo massive sulphide ore on page 4 of the Announcement.
Havilah is informed by the ASX that this historical photograph of Mutooroo massive sulphide ore (for which a JORC Mineral Resource table has been included in the Announcement) does not comply with ASX's guidance in the ASX Compliance Update no. 04/23 with respect to visual disclosure of mineralisation.
Accordingly, readers should not rely on the photograph on page 4 of the Announcement when making any investment decision, given that the photograph and its description as Mutooroo massive sulphide ore does not comply with disclosure of visual results as set out in ASX Compliance Update no. 4/23.
