Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited has announced that its Sixty-Fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The remote e-voting facility will be available from September 21 to September 23, 2025.The notice calling the AGM and the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the financial year 2024-25, along with Board's Report, Auditors' Report, and other documents, were sent electronically to the members on Tuesday, September 02, 2025. A letter providing the web-link of the Annual Report and Notice of the AGM has been dispatched to those members whose e-mail address is not registered with the Company or its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA).The documents referred to in the Notice of the AGM are available electronically for inspection by the members from the date of circulation of the Notice of the AGM.
