Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015, on the basis of NRC committee meeting held today, the Board of Directors had appointed Mr. Pankaj Jain as Managing Director for another period of 5 years from 2nd April 2025 to 1st April,2025 subject to approval of shareholders.
