Hartshead Resources NL (ASX: HHR) - Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Hartshead Resources NL ('HHR') will be placed in trading halt at the request of HHR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 24 June 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Hartshead Resources NL (HHR or the Company) hereby requests a trading halt in the Company's securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to the Phase I development of the Anning and Sommerville gas fields at the Company's 100% owned Production Seaward License P2607.
The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Friday, 24 June 2022.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
The Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
This request for Trading Halt has been authorised for release by the Board.
