Haleon Pakistan Limited ("Company") is pleased to announce that the final cash dividend for tne year ended 31 December 2025 of PKR 15.00 per share (150%), as approved and declared by the members in the 11 h Annual General Meeting of the Company, has been credited electronically on 8 May 2026 into the designated bank accounts of those members who have provided their copies of valid Computerised National Identity Cards (CNIC) and International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN), along with complete details.

In case of non-provision of valid IBAN / CNIC of member(s), the Company has withheld dividend in compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2017 and the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.

Members who have not received their dividends may contact the Company's Share Registrar and/or CDC to update their banh account details in order to receive their dividend.
