"HAIDEMENOS INTEGRATED PRINTING SERVICES S.A." (General Commercial Register [G.E.MI.] No 121638160000) announces that, on 30 June 2026, the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders elected a new Board of Directors, which was constituted into body on the same day as follows:
- Georgios Chaidemenos, son of Efstratios - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Non-Executive Member.
- Efstratios Chaidemenos, son of Georgios - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors & Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member.
- Marina Chaidemenou, daughter of Georgios - Executive Member.
- Antonia Chaidemenou, daughter of Georgios - Executive Member.
- Alexandros Gkatsonis, son of Stergios - Independent Non-Executive Member.
- Michalis Karis, son of Takis - Independent Non-Executive Member - Senior Independent Director.
- Agamemnon Roumeliotis, son of Theodoros - Independent Non-Executive Member.
The term of office of the Board of Directors is five (5) years, expiring on 30 June 2031, and shall be automatically extended until the expiry of the period within which the subsequent Annual General Meeting must be convened and until the relevant resolution is adopted, in accordance with Article 18, paragraph 2 of the Company's Articles of Association and Article 85, paragraph 1 of Greek Law 4548/2018.
