Subject: Notice of Transfer of Book Closure for Twenty-Seventh Profit Payment of Habib Bank Limited ADT-1 TFC 2019 "HBLTFC2"
This is with reference to the captioned subject. The Twenty-Seventh profit payment of ADT-1- TFC 2019 "HBLTFC2" is due on Friday, June 26, 2026 which is expected to be a public holiday. Therefore, in accordance with the Trust Deed, the profit payment will be paid on the first business day following, i.e., Monday, June 29, 2026.
The transfer books of "HBLTFC2" will remain closed from June 20, 2026, to June 26, 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the office of the Bank's Registrar, M/S CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, CDC House, 99-B, Block 'B', S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi-74400, by the close of business on Thursday, June 19, 2026, will be treated in time for the entitlement of profit payment.
