Subject: Notice of Transfer of Book Closure for Twelfth Profit Payment of Habib Bank Limited ADT-1 TFC2 2022 "HBLTFC3"
This is with reference to the captioned subject. The Twelfth Profit Payment of ADT-1 TFC2 2022"HBLTFC3" is due on Sunday, December 28, 2025, which is not a business day. Therefore, in accordance with the Trust Deed, dated December 9, 2022, the said entitlement will be paid on the first following business day, i.e., Monday, December 29, 2025.
The transfer books of "HBLTFC3" will remain closed from December 22, 2025 to December 28, 2025 (both day inclusive). Transfers received at the office of the Bank's Registrar I'd/s CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, CDC House, 99-B, Block 'B', S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi-74400, by the close of business on Friday, December 19, 2025, will be treated as being in time for the purpose of profit payment.
