We wish to inform that the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai, Maharashtra under section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 have granted the Company extension of two (2) months and one (1) day i.e. up to December 01st, 2025 to hold the AGM for the accounting year 2024-2025.Copy of the ROC approval is attached below
