Notice regarding Recording of Extraordinary Income

November 6, 2024 ̶Gurunavi, Inc. (the "Company") announces that the Company expects to record the extraordinary income (gain on sale of investment securities) in the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025 as detailed below:
1. Details of extraordinary income (gain on sale of investment securities)
In order to improve asset efficiency and strengthen its financial position, the Company sold a part of its investment securities holdings on November 1, 2024, resulting in a gain on sales of investment securities of 157 million yen.
2. Outlook
The gain on sale of investment securities will be recorded as extraordinary income in the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The consolidated full-year business forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025 is currently under scrutiny, if it becomes necessary to revise the business forecast, we will announce it promptly.
