Gujarat Toolroom Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our original intimation dated 21st May, 2025 under Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulation ") regarding Board Meeting to be held on Thursday, 29th May, 2025 to consider and approve the audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025 and any other matter with permission of chairman. This is to inform you that the said Board Meeting has been postponed and rescheduled due to Adequate time is required to ensure all important aspects of financial results are properly addressed and to be held on Friday, 30th May, 2025 at Registered Office of the company.
