Re-appointment of Ms. Urmi prasad (DIN: 00319482) as the Joint Managing Director of the Company for the term of his appointment as a Managing Director for a period of five (5) years, effective from April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2032 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company. 2. Re-appointment of Ms. Charita Thakkar (DIN: 00321561) as the Joint Managing Director of the Company for the term of his appointment as a Managing Director for a period of five (5) years, effective from April 01, 2027, to March 31, 2032, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company and as the Ms. Charita Thakkar is an Non-Resident Indian the approval of the Central Government.
